We enjoy working with the Urbania team, whose ground-breaking Higueron West project is focused upon the creation of a luxurious, environmentally focused and health-conscious living community where quality of life, 21stcentury lifestyle amenities and the freedom of nature, space and panoramic views are central.
With this philosophy in mind, Urbania has set itself quite a task and quite a standard to live up to, and this much is evident in every part of the process, from the architecture, master plan, landscaping and infrastructure of the new development to the branding, advertising campaigns, marketing material and also the beautiful, welcoming offices.
A commitment to quality
The same is naturally true of the lifestyle magazine we were commissioned to produce, a glossy publication not designed to be a glorified sales pamphlet or corporate brochure but to offer a sample of life in this location and region in a style that reflects the ethos of the company and the development itself.
This is true of the topics covered; the writing and the design, and we were very gratified to find that the Higueron West was not only very exact and rightfully demanding of quality and detail, but also willing and able to invest in good production standards. By this I mean fine paper and a delightful soft-touch cover finish that make a great magazine also look and feel a delight to pick up.
