We have talked about our new client Prestige Expo before, for whom we designed updated business cards, and if you read our case study on that project then you will know that we promised you a big reveal… finally we can share with you a very special part of this on-going project – La Reserva de Alcuzcuz, creation of a branded brochure and flyer.
Let us first, quickly brief you on what this project consisted of and what was required. Our client reached out to us with a brief to promote a brand new unique development of eight spectacular villas in La Reserva de Alcuzcuz, Marbella. After several exploratory meetings we decided that the best way to promote it was to create personalised brochure, a website and a flyer for a planned open house.
Our designer was given the task of creating a product that would transmit the natural feel of the development, which is set in a very peaceful and private location amid a natural wooded area. As you can see from the above image, the result was exactly what the client requested: a clean and minimalist layout representing the villas’ modern architecture, with the positioning of the photos across the brochure transmitting a geometrical design that is present in each of the eight individual homes. For the cover we went with a simple and minimalistic feel but using a special paper for the cover. The natural and organic touch of which reinforcing the fact that the villas are eco-friendly, sustainable and perfectly in tune with nature.
The flyer was based on the simple lines of the brochure, a four-fold double-sided flyer that without using too much written content perfectly communicates the style of the development, and gives future buyers an idea of what they are buying into.
We are still working on finishing the website design, so make sure not to miss our next case study.
