The Jacksons to perform at Marbella’s Puente Romano Tennis Club
Marbella and its neighbouring towns have attract some truly impressive musical artists to play at their outdoor venues over the years. Many celebrated acts have bought their acoustics to these Mediterranean shores: Elton John at the Starlight Music Festival, David Guetta at San Pedro Alcántara’s football stadium and Deep Purple at Estepona’s Bullring, to name a few. So, perhaps it’s not a huge surprise that next August residents of the resort town will be able to collectively boogie to the considerable talents of The Jacksons, one of the greatest bands in the history of music. The soultastic supergroup will be celebrating its 50th anniversary and performing on the Puente Romano Tennis Club stage, one of the most delightfully intimate concert venues in Europe.
The ensemble remains a real family affair to this day, consisting of four original members and brothers: Jermaine, Tito, Jackie and Marlon. It will be ten years since the death of their most famous sibling, Michael, whose star shone even brighter as an individual artist than it did as part of a group with his talented kin. The Jacksons will be honouring their brother with a show that will include all of their international chart topping hits, including Rockin Robin, I Want You Back, ABC and many more.
The Puente Romano Club de Tennis is an exceptional setting in which to enjoy any musical artists perform. Its outdoor stage is set above the main court of the tennis centre, amidst flourishing trees and flowers, while its seating forms an intimate auditorium that allows spectators a special concert experience.
This is a remarkable opportunity to appreciate the singing, dancing and staging of one of the most brilliant bands in existence today, playing an open air stage on a balmy August night within such close proximity to the audience. If you appreciate soul, Motown and rhythm & blues at their absolute finest, you should book your ticket now.
The Jacksons will be performing at Puente Romano Club de Tennis on Thursday 8th of August 2019.
Ticket prices start at 49 euros and are available at: www.rocklounge.com.
