Client Case Study – Mirabella Hills

Designed to guide you through each phase of the branding, marketing and promotional process, this case study indicates the services we are able to offer you at each stage to build an effective, custom brand for your development through a collaborative, creative process.

In early 2015 we were approached by a client who requested our assistance in marketing their new, 14 villa urbanisation in Benahavís.

In collaboration with our client, we designed and produced marketing and promotional material tailored to their 14-property development, managing the full marketing process from stage one in order to build the urbanisation project from its foundations up into its own brand: Mirabella Hills.

The client approached us without a clear choice of name for the property development. We therefore drafted a long list of name suggestions, before cutting these down to present a shortlist of options based on the client’s vision and brief provided: The name had to appeal to the target audience (broadly northern-European buyers), i.e. it had to be linked to Spain and Marbella, whilst having international resonance.

Once the name had been established, we moved onto the visual representation of the development. To design the logo, we again drew up a shortlist of designs that most reflected the vision for the development and that would appeal to the target buyer.

As the development had now been named, and this had in turn been visually styled, we designed and produced a variety of corporate materials to carry the branding. These included business cards, email signatures, letterheads…

Having established a clear brand for the urbanisation, we produced marketing materials including a client brochure (12 + 4 pages) designed to outline the character and features of the development. The writing for the brochure was carried out in-house, based on the brief provided.

We also designed and produced an 8m x 5m billboard in order to promote the development to potential buyers within the locality.

In addition marketing to the target buyer, the promotion of a new development to real estate agents is equally important. We worked with the client to produce a rounded promotional package for the development to be distributed to selling agents. Within this package, we designed and produced a folder with flap and CD holder to contain information for sales agents.

Finally, in order to extend the reach of the brand internationally, we were also commissioned to develope a website in English and Spanish, and upon request, in a third language (Russian), customised using the established branding. The website utilises a Responsive Web Design; that is optimised for multi-platform use, making it easy to interact with on desktop, mobile and tablet.

Its design was made to reflect the feel of the development, with a built-in content management system for easy maintenance, an integrated blog and video feature, panoramic galleries, sliders and slideshows. please follow this link: www.mirabellahills.com Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) was also implemented in order to optimise the website and extend its reach as far as possible.
