Meet William – our new intern
Last week we welcomed our new intern, William. After finishing his first year at Loughborough University, studying Business Psychology, he has decided to take a year out in order to broaden his skills and experiences by joining Manifesto Design and start training in a real working environment. Something that will set him apart from his peers next year when he returns to begin a course in Digital Marketing and Management.
William was born in Málaga, Spain, but is of British nationality. Starting his education off in a local Spanish school really cemented him into the Spanish culture and language. He then continued his secondary school education in an international school, experiencing an array of different nationalities, which helped him develop into an open minded and good all-round communicator. William has loved growing up and living in Spain, and the healthy Mediterranean lifestyle it has afforded him.
His previous course at university included some areas of marketing, which he found both enjoyable and satisfying and through his education William has acquired key transferable skills that will facilitate his job, like working as part of a team as well as independently, speaking fluent Spanish, juggling workloads effectively, meeting deadlines, research and analysis techniques, interpersonal skills, writing up reports and presenting to his peers. He also has a keen interest in everything digital from social media to technology and has already taken on tasks during his internship such as running social media accounts, creative writing and design administration here at Manifesto.
Welcome William!
