Passion4Property – A new approach to social media

It’s no secret that an active presence on social media is a golden rule for any business nowadays. Social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are now the ones that lead the way, and it´s been proven by many studies and ‘our own personal’ experience that content is key!

What you share with your followers reflects directly on what you are about, what you offer and most importantly if your business is worth taking a further look at.  We’ve made it loud and clear in previous blogs that it’s all about content, content, content—and that content needs to be interesting, interactive and catchy. But today the visual side is just as important. If you think about it, people first see an image and if they like what they see they will read the description. That’s human nature.

That’s why we always try to keep our clients’ social media both branded and catchy. We always want to be up with the rest of the digital world so from time to time we like to take a second look at our clients’ profiles and see if there is anything we can improve.

This is what happened with Passion4Property, even though they already had branded posts we realised that it needed a little something extra. The visual side of the posts felt dated and too heavy. So we decided to do a little upgrade and Voilá, we are pleased to present a brand new, refreshed Passion4Property social media look!

Our approach this time is classic and timeless, ‘Less Is More’. Simply by choosing vibrant photos with catchy, short slogans we managed to create posts that catch the attention straight away. The font choice was easy, we wanted something modern, simple, elegant and easy to read, and we think we found the perfect one. To keep up with the brand identity we used the company’s corporate colour for the text.

As you can see from the examples the new design works quite well on social media, and we have to say that we soon witnessed different feedback from the followers. They are more active and engaging.
